Director of Operations: will work closely with Board members to define the roles of the operational teams in order to support the Association's programs and strategic objectives. The Director of Operations will attend all Board meetings to provide advice and update the Board on the progress of the Association's various programs and initiatives. The Director of Operations, in consultation with the Board, will set up the various operational teams and report on their progress. Each operational team will be lead by a Coordinator who will report to the Director of Operations on a day-to-day basis, and who may be called upon from time to time to make a presentation to the Board. The Board may add, replace or remove operational teams as required to support program objectives.
